PFH Markets

PFH Markets is an enterprise fintech operations portal and CRM designed for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) forex and prop trading brokerages. Powered by Laravel, Python microservices, and Socket.io, it automates deposits, withdrawals, real-time risk controls, and multilevel Introducing Broker (IB) commission disbursements.

Challenges

Operating a high-volume MT5 forex and prop trading brokerage required handling hundreds of daily deposits, withdrawals, and account creations.
Manual verification of risk parameters, max drawdown violations, and profit splits created massive overhead and operational risk.
Managing complex, multi-tiered IB affiliate trees with varying commission percentages was slow and prone to calculation errors.

Approach

Architected a scalable Laravel backend integrated directly with the MT5 Manager API for instant account provisioning and trade syncing.
Built automated deposit/withdrawal orchestration supporting multiple fiat and crypto gateways with instant balance updates.
Developed Python background worker microservices with Socket.io for sub-second risk monitoring and real-time alerts.
Constructed a hierarchical multi-level IB tree engine with automatic commission disbursement and real-time reporting.

Results

Achieved 99.9% automated deposit, withdrawal, and MT5 account creation, eliminating manual staff overhead.
Sub-second risk management detection ensuring prop trading drawdown rules are enforced with zero latency.
